JUNE 2024-METER READINGS (SPECIAL REQUEST)

The above matter refers.

The municipality’s financial year will end on 30 June 2024.

The municipality urges residents, especially those who have dogs, locked gates and the farming community to send a photo of your conventional water- and electricity meter (indicating the readings) to meterreadings@bcrm.gov.za  by Saturday,15 of June 2024.

Alternatively send a WhatsApp to the following contact numbers 083 798 7163 or 084 901 8903 on or before the 15 of June 2024.

The reasons of this special request are the following: 
1.	To correct any discrepancies that may be on your account;
2.	To check your readings against what the meter readers have captured on the system; and/or 
3.	To eliminate the risk of capturing estimates on your account.
This is a special request, which we hope that you will embrace in a positive manner.
